Rabbi Jill Levy is the founder of Next Door Strategies, a consulting practice that partners with camps, synagogues, JCCs, schools, and other Jewish institutions. With over 15 years of senior leadership in Jewish camping and education, she has built innovative programs, led large teams, and guided communities through growth and change. Rabbi Levy also serves on the leadership team of Ramah Sasson, a family retreat for those experiencing loss, and has worked with Jews of all ages and stages. Her professional career has included institutions such as: Birthright Israel, Jewish Federation, Hillel, JCC, Ramah, Honeymoon Israel, and the Pluralistic Rabbinical Seminary.
